Dr. Kramer completed Medical School at the University of
Michigan Medical Center and his Internship at  University of
North Carolina and his Residency in Radiology, Diagnostic at the
Indiana University Medical Center.  Dr. Kramer completed his
Fellowships at the University of Maryland Medical Center and the
University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.  Dr. Kramer is  
Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology, Diagnostic
Radiology.
