Dr. Lyles received his medical training at Meharry Medical School in
Nashville, Tennessee.  Dr. Lyles completed his internship and
residency in Obstetric and Gynecology Medicine at Hubbard Hospital
in Nashville, Tennessee and his residency in Family Medicine at Metro
General Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee . Dr. Lyles is Board Eligible
and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Medical Examiners and a
Member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American
Academy of Pain Management and the American College of OB/GYN.
